When do I get my box?
If you order before the 12th of the shipping month (April, June, August, October, December, or February), you will receive that month’s box. Then your renewal will process on the 25th for the next shipping month.
So, if you sign up for a 6-month plan (paying bi-monthly) on March 17th, you’ll be charged for the at that time for the April box that ships on April 15. Then you’ll be billed on April 25 for the June box shipping on June 15, and so on.
If you sign up for a pre-paid plan, the above holds true but you will only be billed once at the time of your checkout.
My child just got/is getting a violin for Christmas/Birthday. Is this appropriate for them?
Can siblings use the same box?
So I guess this means I don't need to pay a private teacher?
Rest assured, I am a string teacher myself, and I developed this box in consultation with other respected private teachers, classroom teachers, and education professionals from across the country.
